Rita Ann Bollenbacher, 52, Berne, was sentenced to one year in the Indiana Department of Correction with all but four days suspended. Bollenbacher was sentenced after she pled guilty to one count of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator, a Level 6 felony. She is also ordered to serve 361 days of probation and pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $189.50.

Gisela Gonzalez, 50, Bluffton, was sentenced to 12 days in jail — time served, after she pled guilty to one count of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Charges for battery and disorderly conduct, both Class B misdemeanors, were dismissed as part of a plea agreement. Gonzalez is required to pay court costs and fees in the amount of $189, as well as a domestic violence fee in the amount of $50.

Susan Louise Wright, 43, Claypool, was sentenced to 545 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with all but 32 days suspended. Wright pled guilty to one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction, a Level 6 felony, with one charge for operating without financial responsibility being dismissed. She is also ordered to serve 180 days on home detention, 513 days of probation, and pay court cost and filing fees in the amount of $389.50.
