Terez Alastair Leonard, Jr., 19, South Bend, was sentenced to one year in the Wells County Jail with all but 54 days suspended. Leonard was sentenced after he plead guilty to one count of resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanors. One count of resisting law enforcement, a Level 6 felony, was dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement. Leonard received 54 days of jail credit for time spent in jail during this case. He is also required to serve 311 days on probation and pay $389 in court costs and filing fees.
