Ossian bidders on the Helen Witte pies made sure that the total of the amount added up to $9,000 in honor of Witte celebrating her 90th birthday. So Pie #1 bidders, in the bottom photo, and Pie #2 bidders, in the top photo each rounded their bids off to $4,500. Trevor Gray, at left in the top photo, was the auctioneer. Bidders for Pie #1 included Farmers & Merchants Bank, BKM Real Estate, Krueckeberg Auction, Casey Robbins, Chad Harris and Perry Gerber (Les Gerber Ins.) while bidders for Pie # 2 were Energy Control, Larry and Mike Heckber, Monte and Bonnie Fisher, Barkley Builders, First Bank of Berne, Shelton Financial, BKM Real Estate (Sam Haiflich), Phil and Alice Dihovo, Emshwiller & Emshwiller, and Larry and Sarah Smith.
