Ossian Rotary members and friends gathered Thursday night at the conclusion of the 2023 Changing Footprints shoe drive. There were 671 pairs of shoes collected. The shoes will be cleaned, sorted, and delivered to Changing Footprints, an organization that specializes in redistributing them to those in need in Indiana, across the country and around the world, including to war-torn Ukraine.
