LeRoy D. “Tony” Worthington, 83 of Bluffton, passed away on Thursday afternoon, May 19, 2022, at Stillwater Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.  Funeral arrangements are pending with the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.
