It was all part of Careers on Wheels Day at Ossian Elementary School Friday. Fourth and fifth graders learned about different careers from presenters D. Nathan Ferrell, a Delta Airlines pilot; Brian Shelton and Aaron Repogole of AMPP Construction powerline construction; David Jackson, Indiana Department of Transportation oversize load escort; Danielle Fairchild Wells County EMS; Shelly Chavis, Indiana Department of Animal Health veterinarian; Matt Alig of the Fort Wayne Police Department; and Randy Gardiner of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers with a storm recovery trailer.
