Krysta Lynn Graft, 23, Ossian, was sentenced to 547 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with 535 days suspended and 12 days of jail credit towards her sentence. Graft was sentenced after pleading guilty to one count of possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony. One count of possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor, was dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement. Graft is required to serve 547 days on probation and pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $389.

Brendon Roger Coleman, 30, Bluffton, was sentenced to one year in the Wells County Jail with 345 days suspended and two days of jail credit towards his sentence. Coleman pled guilty to one count of operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to .15 or more, a Class A misdemeanor. Coleman is also required to serve 345 days on probation and pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $439.50.
