A Notice to Bidders may be obtained from the office of the Clerk Treasurer, 128 East Market Street, Bluffton IN or online at blufftonindiana.net. Bids must be received at the office of the Clerk Treasurer by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27. Sealed quotes will be opened and read aloud at a public meeting of the Board of Public Works & Safety on Tuesday August 27, at 4:30 p.m.
