Sunday, 2:58 p.m., S.R. 116 and 200N. Driver stopped for reportedly throwing beer can out of window. Driver displayed “abusive attitude” towards officers. Daniel Mullins arrested for driving while intoxicated, intimidation, disorderly conduct.

Sunday, 4:25 p.m., 7600E S.R. 124, Bluffton. The mailbox murderer has returned with a new mailbox victim.

Henry Rafael Diaz, 36, Bluffton; domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond set.

Daniel Lee Mullins, 35, Bluffton; intimidation and operating while intoxicated — prior, both Level 6 felonies, and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond set at $11,000.

Rose Marie Bay, 47, Bluffton; theft — pocket-picking — trio, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $5,000.

Jason Karl King, 26, Bluffton; operating while intoxicated ­— endangerment, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.

Gala Richardson, 49, Bluffton;  operating while intoxicated — endangerment, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.

Denice Ann Russell, 63, Bluffton; operating while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $500.

Austin Blake Briggs, 22, Fort Wayne; driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor. Booked and released.

Nilson Eliecer Gonzalez Delgado, 34, Indianapolis; operating without ever obtaining a license, a Class C misdemeanor. Booked and released.
