Thursday, 8:17 p.m., South Main and East Market streets, Petroleum. Caller reported vehicle swerving in road. Driver arrested for operating while intoxicated and operating with a suspended license.

Thursday, 11:08 p.m., First Church of the Nazarene, Bluffton. Subject flagged officer down to ask advice about his wife spending too much money.
Friday, 8:08 a.m., S.R. 1 and 1100S, Montpelier. Driver cited for driving while suspended.
Ossian:
Thursday, 12:35 p.m., 5800 East North Street, Ossian. Report of civil issue with missing money after renters death.
Thursday, 12:37 p.m., 11000 North S.R. 1, Ossian. Report of landscaping damage. There was no damage but some sod that fell off of a vehicle.

Brendon Roger Coleman, 31, Bluffton; operating with an ACE of .15 or more, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond set.
Ethan Cranfell, 28, Dunkerk; driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, and operating with an ACE of .15 ore more, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $2,000.
