Downtown Bluffton was a busy place on a recent Sunday afternoon as folks lined up to attend a booksigning event for Edon Noble’s new cookbook titled “Feeding the Nobles” at the Broken Vessel and a car show also was in place on West Market St. Her book contains recipes on how to JERF (Just Eat Real Food) and also gives lists of ingredients needed to stock a healthy kitchen pantry. The book is now available online at www.feedingthenobles.com. (Photos by Barbara Barbieri)

Author Edon Noble, at right, and her husband Caleb have owned and operated Victory Gym in Bluffton since 2020 and are the parents of three young children.
Those attending the event were able to secure one of the cookbooks and also have a chat with author Edon Noble, at left, shown here with Claire Alhendi and Tracie Richelt. The cookbook came about as the Noble’s realized there was a need for simple, healthful cooking recipes.
