Wednesday, July 3, 4:49 p.m., Moose Lodge. Male observed sleeping by dumpster. Man refused to identify and said the apartment he had intended to rent when he had moved here had been rented to someone else. He said he was just taking a nap; appeared in fine health.
Wednesday, July 3, 4:56 p.m., 1000 block of South Williams Street. Caller reported they believed a sexual offender had been looking through the window of the residence.
Wednesday, July 3, 5:09 p.m., Rotary Park. Caller reported an individual on a lawn mower had been harassing them repeatedly. Advised to seek a protective order or trespass through the Parks Department. No action taken at this time.
Wednesday, July 3, 5:30 p.m., Walmart. Customer lost ID, and another customer had taken it.
Wednesday, July 3, 8:05 p.m., 1219 Hollyhock Lane. Complaint of juveniles firing off fireworks. Juveniles told officer they only had sparklers left. Officer advised to not hit other houses.
Wednesday, July 3, 11:06 p.m., Johnson and Water streets. 911 call. Female and child heard yelling. Unable to locate source. Everyone in the area advised they were OK.
Wednesday, July 3, 403 S Indiana St. Juveniles advised to go home or they would receive curfew tickets.

Caller reported that four Hispanic men had allegedly recorded her daughters two days ago while at the pool and attempted to get the daughters to go home with them. Advised to make pool management aware and to notify the police if the men were seen again.
Sunday, 8:20 p.m., 600 block of South Jersey Street. Caller reported two juveniles were walking around the residence and knocking on her door. Juveniles ran off.
