Wednesday, 11:40 p.m., S.R. 3 and S.R. 18, Montpelier. Officer struck animal on way to transport subject to jail. No issues.

Thursday, 9:53 a.m., Wells County Courthouse. Harold Reed, a man recently convicted on intimidation and child molesting charges, sent a letter to the Superior Court including the message, “MY FATHER SATIN SAID IT YOU VALU YOUR SANITY YOU WILL OVERTURN MY CONVICTION.”

Alfredo Infante-Briceno, 46, Bluffton; operating without financial responsibility,  Class C misdemeanor. Booked and released.

Kenneth Edward Boyer, 42, Bluffton; invasion of privacy, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $25,000.

Glen Allen Tighe, 33, Gas City; contempt of court — civil. Bond set at $1,000.
