Wednesday, 6:39 p.m., S.R. 1 and East 1100 North, Ossian. Officer tagged abandoned vehicle with flat tire.
Wednesday, 11:03 p.m., 100 block of West Roe Street, Ossian. Caller reported crying in the area.
ACCIDENTS
County:
Jay Garfield, 51, Montpelier, didn’t see the driver ahead of them turning in time. Garfield’s Chevrolet Silverado collided with a Pontiac Sunfire driven by Shawnee Francis, 37, Bluffton. Garfield’s Silverado entered the ditch before striking near the front passenger side tire of the Sunfire. Damages did not exceed $25,000.
ARRESTS
Brian Douglas Digman, 33, Bluffton; promoting prostitution, a Level 4 felony, child solicitation, a Level 5 felony, and sexual battery, a Level 6 felony. Bond set at $45,000.
Robert J. Garcia II., 25, Temecula, California.; dealing narcotic drug, a Level 2 felony, resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. No bond set.
