Thursday, 4:44 p.m., 500 block of West Market Street. Report of a physical domestic incident. 

Friday, Inteva Products, 3:58 a.m. Report of threatening messages. 

Friday, 6:07 a.m., Main and Monroe streets. Citation issued for speeding.

Friday, 11:20 a.m., Airplane Express. Report of suspicious interaction between man and woman. Woman advised she had just walked away to get some space from her husband.

Wednesday, 2:54 p.m., residence on 100E, Bluffton. Report of threatening messages from a parent to their juvenile child. 

Thursday, 1:14 a.m., NW S.R. 116 and N 300W. Citation issued for 70 in a 55 mph zone. 

Thursday, 8:17 a.m., residence on 700E, Craigville. Property owner reported an ongoing vandalism issue. Vandal recently attempted to break his skid steer. Property owner said he would be putting up cameras.

Ossian:

Wednesday, 2:29 p.m., 2000 block of U.S. 224, Ossian. Report of a male living out of a tent. Property owner advised his granddaughter was just camping in the backyard. 

Wednesday, 9:14 p.m., residence on 1200N, Ossian. Domestic dispute between man and woman. 

Thursday, 2:07 a.m., residence on 1200N, Ossian. Report of juveniles trying to get a man to leave the residence. Man reportedly said he would defend himself if necessary and requested standby. 

ACCIDENTS

City:

Tuesday, 6:30 p.m., Scott Street at Ohio Street. Nelly Greer, Bluffton, stopped at the intersection in a 2021 Honda Hr-V, but was unable to see oncoming traffic due to landscaping, and struck a 2013 Kia Optima driven by Diego Barrera Ciprian, 31, Bluffton. Damage did not exceed $2,500. 

Wednesday, 12:03 p.m., 2829 E S.R. 124.

Wednesday, 9:34 p.m., 200 block of West Market Street. Audry Dudley, 28, Bluffton, backed her 2013 Chrysler Town and Country into an unattended 2009 Dodge Nitro. Damage did not exceed $1,000. Driver left a 2020 Freightliner Cascadia to use the restroom in a gas station. When he came out, he did not see his rig. The vehicle had moved forward and struck a 2021 Mack Anthem. Damage did not exceed $25,000.

Thursday, 11:34 a.m., Ossian Health and Rehabilitation. Fire alarm. Maintenance working.

ARRESTS

Nichole Suzanne Nusbaumer, 42, Bluffton; possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond not set. 

Kyle Allen Peterson, 45, Bluffton; probation violation, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond not set. 

Kem Dewayne Jay Maggart, 32, Fort Wayne; driving while suspended – prior suspension within 10 years, a Class A misdemeanor. Booked and released. 

Randi Renee Suarez, 35, Fort Wayne; possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle while an ACE of .15 or higher. Bond not set.
