Friday, 4:41 p.m., Wells County Jail. Officer requested to document children refusing to go with their mother for court purposes.

Friday, 5:17 p.m., Valley Park Apartments. Woman advised she believed someone broke into her apartment.

Friday, 6:28 p.m., EZ Bowl. Driver cited for expired plates.

Friday, 8:23 p.m., South Mulberry and East Market streets. Report of two males having a contained fire on side of river. No issues found.

Friday, 10:42 p.m., Premier Flats. Report of a vehicle outside running for two hours. Both subject inside advised they had not seen each other in a while and were talking.

Saturday, 1:06 p.m., All American. Welfare check requested for man sleeping in his car.

Saturday, 9:14 p.m., Premier Flats. Report of an aggressive dog, advised to talk to management.

Saturday, 10:30 p.m., Budget Inn. Caller reported male family member tried to rape her, told her not to say anything.

Saturday,  11:39 p.m., Capri Apartments. Caller reported someone smoking or burning something in building.

Sunday, 12:40 a.m., 1000 block of West Washington. Caller reported friends took their vehicle with permission to get toilet paper, but did not return and are believed to be headed towards Baltimore.

Sunday, 12:42 a.m., 1500 block of South Wayne Street. Report of loud music coming from apartment.

Sunday, 4:41 a.m., 700 block of McArthur Drive. Officer assisted with domestic disturbance.

Sunday, 7:18 p.m., West Wabash and North Union streets. Caller reported she heard a single gunshot. Unable to locate.

 Monday, 1:33 a.m., 100 block of North Johnson Street. Caller reported hearing a noise from his fire escape.

Friday, 12:39 p.m., 2800 West 400 North, Markle. Caller reported a former exchange student was on their property, relationship did not end well. Subject advised he wanted to apologize for his behavior.

Friday, 12:52 p.m., 292 I-69 Southbound, Roanoke. Woman with children in vehicle, ran out of gas. Officer brought more gas.

Saturday, 4:02 a.m., West 1000 South and South 500 West, Montpelier. Officer had abandoned vehicle in roadway removed.

Sunday, 12:30 a.m., Walmart. Officer assisted with traffic stop following a pursuit.

Sunday, 9:18 a.m., Villa North Mall. Driver cited for no valid license, parked vehicle and made arrangements.

Sunday, 4:58 p.m., 2400 North 800 East, Craigville. Caller reported someone drove onto his property.

Sunday, 5:56 p.m., 800 block of South Johnson Street, Bluffton. Protection order served to Justin Foss.

Ossian:

Saturday, 7:00 a.m., 10000 North S.R. 1, Ossian. Report of a vehicle that crashed into a tree. Driver said he fell asleep and is a single father, blew a .000 PBT. Driver also admitted to not having insurance, which happened in a previous incident. Officer advised he would send paperwork to prosecutor for charges.

Saturday, 7:45 p.m., 300 block of West Mill Street, Ossian. Caller reported neighbors are trying to stick their hands in the caller’s face and arguing with them.

ARRESTS

 Amanda Anne Ali, 38, Bluffton; strangulation, a Level 6 felony, and battery — bodily injury, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $6,500.

Danial Ray Kajune, 18, Fort Wayne; resisting law enforcement, a Level 6 felony, operating with controlled substance in body, a Class C misdemeanor, possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated — endangerment, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $7,500.

Cody Andrew Howe, 24, Ossian; two counts of operating while intoxicated, both Level 6 felonies, and invasion of privacy, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond set at $5,000.

Cody Michael Cox, 32, Bluffton; theft, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.

Torrelle Christian Hardy, 20, Fort Wayne; possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia, operating with a controlled substance, and operating while intoxicated, all Class C misdemeanors. Bond set at $2,000.

Johan R. Bracho-Romero, 28, Bluffton; operating without receiving a license, a Class C misdemeanor.
