Mahala R. Hopkins, 82, of Bluffton, passed away Monday evening, April 23, 2024, at her residence, surrounded by her family.
She was born May 15, 1941, in Willets, Calif. to Arthur Woodall and Rosetta Glaze.
Survivors include her children, Tonya Albers of Bluffton, Timothy Edward Daskam of Portland, Ore.; and four grandchildren.
Mahala was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Zina G. Daskam; and a son, David Michael Daskam.
As Mahala requested, there will be no formal service at this time.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.
