Thursday, 11:52 a.m., 900 block of South Marion Street. Caller reported woman yelling and refusing to leave the area. Officer asked her to leave and she left.

Thursday, 4:14 p.m., West Wiley Avenue and South Indiana Street. Report of two juveniles playing on railroad. Subjects advised they were cleaning off scrap wood from around the tracks, told to move.
Thursday, 6:12 p.m., Pak A Sak North. Woman accusing subject of a scam.

Friday, 7:19 a.m., S.R. 1 and East 1200 South, Montpelier. Report of a Jay County Sheriff’s Department vehicle speeding through area. JCSD advised they do not have a vehicle in the area.
Friday, 11:38 a.m., Wells County Jail. Warrant served to Jon Baumgardner.

Thursday, 2:35 p.m., North 450 East and 100 North, Ossian. Driver cited for speeding.
ACCIDENTS
Wednesday, 6:47 p.m., S.R. 218 and 600 West. Elizabeth Hendricks, 82, was driving when the driver side mirror of her Chevrolet Equinox struck the driver side mirror of a Ford Edge driven by Enrique Lopez, 28. Only the driver mirror’s of each vehicle sustained damage. Damages did not exceed $2,500.
ARRESTS
John Alexander Burke, 33, Bluffton, criminal trespassing, a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.
Katharine Anne Rao, 40, Yoder, driving while suspended — prior, a Class A misdemeanor.
Yuliana Caloneo Morillo, 40, Marion, operating without ever obtaining a license, a Class A misdemeanor.
