Monday, 12:59 p.m., S.R. 116 and North Meridian Road, Bluffton. Driver cited for speeding 79 in a 55 mph zone.
Monday, 5:13 p.m., 4900 South Hoosier Highway, Bluffton. Officer responded to accident, multiple occupants in the car. Driver was identified as a juvenile with no license.
Tuesday, 12:05 a.m., Bluffton Rubber Co. Report of a suspicious vehicle in lot. Driver advised he was teaching his wife how to drive. Officer had subjects follow him to high school parking lot.
Tuesday, 2:12 a.m., near Main and Monroe streets, Bluffton. Officer conducted records check on vehicle during routine patrol, driver registration returned as no valid license. Jabari Ronell Eldridge arrested for operating without receiving a license.
Tuesday, 7:26 a.m., S.R. 224 and North 400 West, Markle. Driver cited for speeding.
Ossian:
Monday, 3:20 p.m., 1400 block of Baker Drive, Ossian. Caller advised her mother was in an accident. Officers observed a vehicle that had rolled over at least once. Subject advised she was driving home from work. Driver blew over two times the legal limit on a PBT test. Chastity Fisher arrested for operating while intoxicated.
ARRESTS
Andrew Lee Woods, 33, Fort Wayne; possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia — controlled substance, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $5,500.
Chastity Mae Fisher, 47, Ossian; operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $500.
Jabari Ronell Eldridge, 40, Fort Wayne; operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license, a Class C misdemeanor.
Fernely Esduardo Velasquez, 20; operating without ever obtaining a license, a Class C misdemeanor.
Cesar Javier Marrogain-Jimenez, 19, Bluffton; operating without ever obtaining a license, a Class C misdemeanor.
