Jared Williams, 33, Bluffton, was sentenced to 365 days in the Indiana Department of Correction with 98 days of jail credit toward the sentence. Williams pled guilty to one count of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony. One count of possession of a narcotic drug, a Level 6 felony, resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor, were all dismissed pursuant to the plea agreement. Williams was also not required to serve probation. Williams is however required to pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $404.

Billy Patterson, 70, Ossian, was sentenced to 365 days in the Wells County Jail with 355 days suspended and 10 days of credit towards the sentence for time served. Patterson pled guilty to one count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Level 6 felony. Two infractions for operating without financial responsibility and operating with a fictitious plate were dismissed pursuant to the plea agreement. Patterson was also ordered to serve 180 days on probation and 90 days on home detention. Patterson is required to pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $589.50.

Jason Cook, 47, was sentenced to 180 days in the Wells County Jail with no time suspended. Cook pled guilty to one count of leaving the scene of an accident — bodily injury, a Class A misdemeanor. Cook was also sentenced to one year in the Indiana Department of Correction with 94 days of credit towards his sentence for one count of operating a vehicle with a controlled substance — prior conviction, a Level 6 felony. He is required to serve the sentence consecutive to the previous sentence. One count for failure to appear, a Level 6 felony, was dismissed as well. Cook is required to pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $189.50
