Friday, 4:20 p.m., 1400 block of West South Street. Officer requested to give citation for non-immunized dog.
Friday, 7:51 p.m., 600 block of North Oak Street. Caller reported front windshield shattered, believed to be damage from trailer hitch.
Friday, 11:11 p.m., Premier Flats. Report of man and woman fighting since 5 p.m., subject was reportedly just gaming. Advised to keep it down.
Saturday, 12:41 p.m., 600 block of West Market Street. Caller reported someone was illegally dumping trash in his dumpster, subject left name on some items.
Monday, 1:04 a.m., East 100 North and North 100 East. Driver cited for speeding 63 in a 45 mph zone.
Monday, 1:05 a.m., Airplane Express. Report of employee seemingly on drugs, falling down, falling asleep.
Monday, 11:09 a.m., Dicky’s. Caller reported that a customer assaulted an employee.
Monday, 2:09 p.m., 700 block of West Horton Street. Caller reported gun on property. Gun was reportedly purchased for caller’s mother who did not want the gun.
Monday, 4:41 p.m., River Terrace Estates. Driver warned for unsafe lane movement, advised he was sleepy from working thirds.
Monday, 5:59 p.m., Bluffton Police Department. Report of an iPhone located near Oak street. Returned to owner.
Tuesday, 6:34 a.m., 200 block of West Cherry Street. Caller reported back door open. Officer cleared the residence.
County:
Tuesday, 12:45 a.m., North Main and West Water streets, Bluffton. Driver warned for disregarding signal. Driver advised he didn’t plan to stop due to freezing rain and the potential to slide. However, after he noticed the officer he hit the breaks and came to a complete stop in the center of the intersection.
Tuesday, 5:45 a.m., East 400 South and South Hoosier Highway, Bluffton. Officer checked on car stopped in road. School superintendent was assessing the roads to decide whether to delay school or not.

Monday, 12:06 p.m., 2100 East 700 North, Ossian. Report of a vehicle in ditch.
Monday, 7:02 p.m., 550 North and North 100 East, Ossian. Vehicle in ditch.
Tuesday, 6:24 a.m., East 900 North and North Meridian Road, Ossian. Report of a vehicle slide off, power lines hanging.
ACCIDENTS
City:
Tuesday, 12:04 p.m., Ind. 1 and Wiley Avenue. Cheryl Donaghy advised she had the green light when her Ford Edge collided with a Chevrolet Traverse driven by Amber Downing. Downing also advised she had the green light. There were no witnesses at the time of the accident, however, camera footage may be obtained. Damages did not exceed $10,000.
