The ACAC released its selections for all-conference football teams Saturday night after Adams Central’s loss in the 1A state championship.
The Jets were again the top team in the conference with a perfect 6-0 record with Heritage right behind them at 5-1, and Bluffton third at 4-2. Southern Wells was last at 0-6.
The Tigers had 11 players on the list, nine of which were seniors. Southern Wells had one player on the second team.
First team: Johnny Cruz (OL), Andrew Hunt (WR), Tucker Jenkins (DL), Fletcher Wenger (LB), and Ben Ramseyer (DB).
Second team: Sam Mechling (OL), Hutch Craighead (DB), Cooper Craig (RB), Alex West (DL), Griffin Morgan (LB), and Praxton Betancourt (P). Peyton Long of the Raiders made it as an offensive lineman.
