Thursday, 5:50 p.m., South Scott and East Walnut streets. Report of a woman sleeping in a chair.

Thursday, 5:52 p.m., West Washington and South Midway streets. Caller reported driver in green Mustang going fast near children and people in the area.

Thursday, 5:56 p.m., West Washington and South Johnsons streets. Report of verbal altercation.

Thursday, 6:21 p.m., Pak A Sak North. Caller requested a vehicle that was parked for hours to be towed.

Thursday, 6:30 p.m., Pak A Sak North. Officer gave individual working on Flag Star bank escort to the bank. Once the individual saw the mess at hand, they decided to come back another day.

Thursday, 7:00 p.m., 30 block of Pine Grove Court. Report of harassment.

Thursday, 7:32 p.m., Pak A Sak North. Caller reported several parking issues.

Thursday, 8:36 p.m., Elks Lodge. Subject warned for public intoxication. Advised he was waiting for a ride and was advised that if he caused more issues he would probably be waiting in jail.

Thursday, 9:02 p.m., Wells County Courthouse. Report of fighting, subject escorted to jail.

Thursday, 9:41 p.m., Family Ford. Caller reported vehicle parked in lot. Subject advised he is door dashing and waiting for an order.

Friday, 4:06 a.m., Bluffton Regional Medical Center. Report of rape.

Friday, 5:54 a.m., 400 block of East Washington Street. Caller reported assault. Officer drove subject to the police department to utilize a translator. The caller changed his mind and stated he was just intoxicated and wanted to change his mind and press charges about a previous incident.

Friday, 1:22 p.m., 300 block of West Wabash Street. Report of threatening to hide drugs in callers vehicle.

 Thursday, 12:10 p.m., East Ind. 218 and South 100 East, Bluffton. Multiple callers reported truck leaking silage onto the roadway. Officer warned driver for leaky load and fictitious plates.

Thursday, 6:24 p.m., Ind. 116 and East 200 North, Bluffton. Caller reported striking a deer with vehicle.

Thursday, 8:06 p.m., 1400 East 900 South, Keystone. Welfare check requested for elderly male. Man was located by officers and returned to his family safely.

Friday, 7:03 a.m., 11000 North 100 West, Ossian. Caller reported harassment.

Friday, 10:52 a.m., 6800 North Ind. 1, Ossian. Caller reported power line laying down a truck. Worker removed the line and made AEP aware of issue.

ACCIDENTS

County:

Wednesday, 10:39 p.m., 100 East and 200 North. No D Ma was driving a Ford Mustang at too high of a speed and lost control. Ma struck a utility pole and was transported to Bluffton Regional Medical Center for injuries.

Friday, 9:05 a.m., Ind. 224 and Greenwood Avenue. Tyler O’Donnell disregarded several road construction and road closed signs and struck two road closed signs that were blocking traffic with his Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. O’Donnell continued through the signs and his vehicle came to rest on top of a pile of broken-up asphalt pieces in the construction area. Damages not exceeding $5,000.
