Thursday, 7:13 p.m., residence on Horton Street. Drug paraphernalia found.
Thursday, 8:28 p.m., Budget Inn. Report of harassment.
Friday, 5:49 a.m., north Main Street. Citation issued for speeding.
Friday, 6:59 a.m., Inteva Products. Report of battery.
Friday, 7:07 a.m., Walmart. Two semis parked in lot. One moved after the officer made contact, and the other driver was not present.
Friday, 8:48 a.m., north Main Street and Premier Avenue. Gravel in the roadway from a trailer.
Friday, 12:08 p.m., Autozone. Report of harassment.

Friday, 6:53 a.m., east 1000S and south 500E, Keystone. Vehicle rollover. Blood was found at the scene but the driver did not appear nearby. Driver located and transported to Bluffton Regional Medical Center for a blood draw. Transported to the jail for a breath test. Full report to follow.
Friday, 7:26 a.m., 6768S 100W, Poneto. Injured fox on the roadway and put down due to injuries.
ACCIDENTS

Friday, 9:40 a.m., south Main Street at the intersection of east Central Avenue. Joshua P. Kennedy, 21, Bluffton, was backing a Chevrolet Impala through the alley between the 500 block of south Main Street and the 500 black of south Scott Street and struck the passenger side of a parked and unattended 2016 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck. A witness attempted to stop Kennedy’s vehicle, but he continued 2-3 blocks where the vehicle owner’s spouse found Kennedy. Kennedy said he was scared and didn’t know what to do. An officer advised Kennedy that he must remain at the scene of the crash until information has been exchanged with the other vehicle owner or law enforcement arrives. Kennedy apologized to the vehicle owner and officer. Damage exceeded $1,000.
Friday, 11:58 a.m., north Main Street at the intersection of Perry Street. Heather L. Williams, 47, Bluffton was driving a 2022 Chrysler 4D and attempted to move into a turn lane, but began to turn too quickly. Williams then struck the driver’s side of a 2009 Pontiac Vibe driven by Mary E. Spaulding, 62, Bluffton. Damage exceeded $2,500.

Thursday, 10:15 p.m., CR 200S at the intersection of CR 200W, Bluffton. Benjamin N. Ramseyer, 18, Bluffton, was driving a 2011 Kia Optima westbound on CR 200S and struck a deer in the roadway. Damage exceeded $2,500.
FIRES
Thursday, 4:35 p.m., Lowe’s. Fire alarm. Evacuation in progress at 4:43 p.m. No fire found.
ARRESTS
Marty Alan Myers, 26, Bluffton; possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, possession of meth, a Level 6 felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $6,500.
Danielle Nicole Dietzer, 35, Bluffton; assisting a criminal, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500. Bonded.
