Monday, 2:07 p.m., Bluffton Police Department. Report of a magazine found in recently purchased car. Collected and disposed of Glock.

Monday, 2:53 p.m., Wells County 4H Park. Officers spoke with subjects regarding custody issue.

Monday, 4:10 p.m., 1100 block of Wildwood Lane. Caller requested assistance with defiant juvenile.

Monday, 4:27 p.m., 1300 block of West Cherry Street. Report of someone walking through house with flashlight. Subject was walking through house with realtor approval.

Monday, 10:07 p.m., South Ind. 1 and East 200 South. Welfare check requested for woman walking on side of road in black shirt. Woman stated she was walking to aunts house and refused a ride, advised to stay to side of road due to color of shirt.

Tuesday, 11:24 a.m., 1500 block of West Central Avenue. Welfare check requested for woman who did not attend appointment.

Tuesday, 12:21 p.m., 1500 block of Treyburn Court. Caller requested welfare check for wife.

Tuesday, 12:39 p.m., Four Star Services. Officer provided assistance with delinquent small business loan.

Monday, 12:22 p.m., west 800N and north Marzane Road. Loose goat.

Monday, 4:45 p.m., residence on 400W, Uniondale. Report hit skip accident. Deputy observed a broken mailbox, tire tracks along the east side of the road and a few small trees down on the west side of the road. The vehicle appeared to be a gold Buick. 

Monday, 4:45 p.m., north Ind. 1 and east 1100N. Report of a semi swerving lanes. 

Monday, 9:39 p.m., residence in Bluffton. Woman had been abused by an ex-boyfriend and wanted to report the incident. The incident had taken place the day before, and the woman said she was too afraid to report it in the moment. A bruise on her arm was photographed and a support information about domestic violence was given to the woman. 

Monday, 11:04 a.m., 2675 S Ind. 1, Bluffton. Woman in a black hoodie seen talking alongside the road. Advised everything was OK. 

Tuesday, 8:43 a.m., 916E 100S, Bluffton. Report of someone possibly breaking into a storage unit. The owner stated he had recently noticed someone had removed his lock and planned to replace it, but did go into the unit. The owner stated his ex-girlfriend could be responsible.

Ossian:

Monday, 10:55 p.m., north Jefferson Street and Morton Lane. Traffic stop initiated for a vehicle with its passenger side headlight out. Driver Yaquelin Banesa Terrones, 20, Fort Wayne, said she was unaware of the broken light. It was later discovered that the driver’s license was suspended with an indefinite re-eligibility date. Terrones was arrested for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license, a Class C misdemeanor. She was also cited for driving without proper headlights and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility. Terrones was booked and released.

ACCIDENTS

City:

Monday, 2:28 p.m., 4H Park Road. Luster Bales was attempting to back out of a parking space when he collided with a parked vehicle. Bales’s truck had minor damage, and the parked vehicle had denting and damage to the paint near the driver side door. Damages not exceeding $1,001.

Tuesday, 6:47 a.m., 1743 North Main Street. Rande Cronk was turning his pick-up truck when he struck a concrete support for a light pole. Due to the crash, the driver side wheel was touching the front drivers side tire. Damages not exceeding $2,501.

Tuesday, 11:58 a.m., North Main Street. Ashlee Suman was turning left onto North Main Street and failed to see Michaela Rinehart driving straight. Suman’s Chrysler Pacifica collided with the rear end of Rinehart’s Chevy Malibu. Damages not exceeding $2,501.

ARRESTS

Shannon Wade White, 52, Geneva; battery with a deadly weapon and intimidation with a deadly weapon, both Level 5 felonies. Bond set at $10,000. 

Matthew David Michael Feasel, 24, Bluffton; domestic battery on a person less than 14 years-old, a Level 6 felony. No bond set. 

Cinda Marie Mounsey, 38, Keystone; contempt of court. Bond set at $500. Bonded.
