Steven Michael Kline, 72 ,of Bluffton, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Markle Health and Rehabilitation in Markle. He was born Sunday, Nov. 26, 1950, in Fort Wayne.
He married Cynthia Lee (Reinhard) Kline Sunday, Nov. 21, 1971, in Bluffton. Steven was a 1970 graduate of Bluffton High School.
He was a member of the Park Community Church in Bluffton. He had worked for Sterling Castings, Corning Glass, the Steel Foundry, Franklin Electric, and Pretzels. He was a member of the Moose, Eagles, and Grover Sheets American Legion Son of the Legion, all of Bluffton. He was a resident of Columbia, S.C. from 2019 to 2021, and he enjoyed fishing and bowling.
Steven will be sadly missed by his wife of 51 years, Cynthia Lee (Reinhard) Kline of Bluffton; daughter, Melissa Lou (Kline) and husband Ronny Pagano of Ocala, Fla.; and grandchildren, Raven, Riley, and Ryan Waggoner of Ocala, Fla.
Steven was preceded in death by his father, John Riley; mother, Norma Lou (Kline) Bosworth; and stepfather, Clyde Albertson.
Friends and family may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home located at 109 W. Windsor St. Montpelier, IN 47359, Wednesday, May 31, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and again Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. A funeral service will be held June 1, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Dennis Wood officiating. Interment will follow at Six Mile Cemetery in Bluffton.
