Thursday, 3:01 p.m., 300 block of West Central Avenue, assistance requested retrieving property from residence.
Thursday, 4:29 p.m., corner of Madison and North Main Streets, welfare check requested.
Thursday, 5:20 p.m., 300 block of West Central Avenue, caller reported he believed someone broke into his home. Officer advised to tell caller of earlier property retrieval.
Thursday, 6:56 p.m., PNC Bank, caller reported finding stack of money on counter. Money placed in safe.
Thursday, 7:59 p.m., 700 block of West Dustman Road, welfare check requested for man walking on railroad tracks. Man stated he was walking home; advised that it is illegal and to use inter urban trail.
Thursday, 9:38 p.m., Bluffton Harrison Middle School, officer received information regarding incident at school.
Friday, 5:34 a.m., corner of Manor Drive and Clark Avenue, caller reported man exiting pickup truck and running, leaving vehicle in roadway. Officers were unable to locate him.
Friday, 7:57 a.m., 100 block of North Oak Street, caller reported vehicle revving engine.
Friday, 8:50 a.m., Neoti, caller reported person they didn’t know came inside using foul language and threatened to bring gun, also reported subject did not have gun, but had a cigar, and left toward the railroad tracks.
Friday, 9:34 a.m., corner of Grove and West Silver Streets, officer assisted woman with changing tire after she hit a curb.
Friday, 12:44 p.m., Bluffton Animal Shelter, officer requested to issue citation.

Thursday, 7:08 a.m., Northwest Ind. 116 and North 100W. Truck in the roadway.
Thursday, 11:25 a.m., north 250E and east 500N. Man observed walking along the train tracks. Man advised he was homeless and was walking along the tracks to get to the Fort Wayne to find a job. A deputy offered a courtesy ride to Ossian Deli and advised it was unsafe to walk along the tracks.
Thursday, 2:30 p.m., residence on 900N, Ossian. Provided standby during a property retrieval.
Thursday, 5:42 p.m., residence on 1100S, Keystone. Deceased person found. The indvidual died from natural causes.
Friday, 7:30 a.m., west 300S and south 300W. Welfare check requested regarding a mentally unstable individual. Deputy spoke with the individual, who continuously switched topics throughout the conversation. The individual advised they had not been sleeping. Later, the deputy received notice the individual was making threats in a business in Bluffton. At that time, the deputy noted the individual was acting erratically and aggressively. The individual was transported to Parkview Hospital.
Friday, 9:08 a.m., residence on north Matthews Street. Aggressive dog running freely. Owner was advised to update the dog’s rabies shot by Tuesday.
FIRES
Thursday, 6:04 p.m., 800 block of North Jefferson Street, mower engine caught fire. Fire out minutes later.
Friday, 4:03 a.m., Praxis, fire alarm set off, building evacuated, no fire found.
ARRESTS
Austen Lee Blessing, 25, New Haven; possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, operating with a controlled substance in the body, a Class C misdemeanor, and operating while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $3,000.
