Today is Earth Day and this years theme is “Invest in Our Planet”. For more on this years’ theme, visit earthday.org. If you wish to participate in today’s event, here are a few ideas to get started: plant a native flower garden or pollinator garden, clean up plastic/ trash in your area, or get a headstart on Arbor Day and plant a native tree or shrub.
