Rex E. Biberstine, 73 of Bluffton passed away on Sunday afternoon, November 13, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne. Funeral arrangements are currently pending with the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.
