Friends of Ouabache State Park are seeking individuals or groups who would like to decorate a site at the park for the 10th annual Wonderland of Lights event.
There is no charge to decorate a site in the campground area for the exhibit that will be on view from Dec. 2 to Dec. 31. To reserve a site go to friendsofouabache@gmail.com or call 260-341-1971 for more information.
Spirit Sponsorships also are available at $20, which sponsors a string of lights for the event. Each year over 100 strands of lights are needed for the displays, with replacements needed every year. Multiple strands may be sponsored and Spirit Sponsors will be recognized in the brochure passed out to all visitors to the event.
Checks may be sent to Friends of Ouabache State Park, 4930 E. Ind. 201, Bluffton, IN 46714. Please indicate the name you wish printed in the brochure and how many strands you are sponsoring.
Event Sponsors also being looked for as they help defray the expenses of the entire project. There are four levels of donations — Bronze $50, Silver $100, Gold $250, and Platinum $500.
