Thad Eley, 52, Bluffton, pleaded guilty to public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor.
Sentenced to 92 days in the Wells County Jail — credited as time served — and ordered to pay $185 in court costs.
One count of public nudity, a Class C misdemeanor, was dismissed.
Eley was charged with urinating against an apartment house and defecating in the middle of a city street April 1.
Reportedly his alcohol concentration equivalency at the time of his arrest was .132 percent according to the results of a Breathalyzer test

Kevin Eugene Mock, 57, Bluffton, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended with a prior conviction for the same offense, a Class A misdemeanor.
Sentenced to 30 days in the Wells County Jail and assessed court costs of $185.50.
As part of a plea agreement, one count of operating a motor vehicle without insurance, a Class A infraction, was dismissed.
On May 21, a Bluffton police officer spotted a van heading north on Main Street that had two flat rear tires and appeared to be dragging low to the ground. The van pulled into the parking lot of the Villa North Mall and parked diagonally across several spots.
The officer spoke with the driver of the van, identified as Mock. He explained he knew about the flat tires and that he was trying to transport all of the items he had in commercial storage in Bluffton back to his home in Fort Wayne.
The officer performed a license check on Mock and discovered his license was suspended.

Andres Pablo Lucas, 50, Enterprise, Ala., pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while never having received a driver’s license a Class C misdemeanor.
Assessed a fine of $14.50 and court costs of $185.50.
Charges of speeding and operating a motor vehicle with expired license plate were dismissed.
On June 6, a sheriff’s deputy was patrolling west on U.S. 224 west of 100E in a fully marked sheriff’s department patrol vehicle when a white Ford Truck blew around him at 74 mph in a 55 zone.
The deputy pulled the vehicle over on 100W in Uniondale.
The driver, identified as Lucas, did not have a driver’s license in possession. The only form of identification he had with him was a Guatemalan identification card.
He had a prior conviction in Alabama for operating a motor vehicle while never having been issued a driver’s license.
