Improvements by crews from Indiana Michigan Power have resulted in the closing of the Interurban Trail in (shown in the lower left of the photo) through next week between Madison Street/Wells County Road 150N and the area across from First Merchants Bank. The work has also limited traffic on Main Street/Ind. 1 in the area. The work improves I&M feed to the Bluffton substation at the intersection of Main and Madison streets. (Photo by Dave Schultz)
