AMENDED NOTICE OF
CORPORATE DISSOLUTION
This notice is being republished to show the correct effective date of the corporate dissolution. Notice is hereby given that STONEY CREEK ESTATES, INC., a corporation governed by the Indiana Business Corporation Law, has been voluntarily dissolved under and pursuant to resolutions of its directors and shareholders and Articles of Dissolution filed with the Secretary of State of Indiana in accordance with the Indiana Business Corporation Law. The corporation was incorporated on December 15, 1977, and the dissolution is effective December 31, 2021. In order to make a claim against the corporation, you must file a written statement of the amount of your claim and an explanation of your claim sufficient to apprise the corporation of the basis thereof, to the corporation at Andrews & Crell, PC, 116 South Main Street, Bluffton, IN 46714, Attention: Roy R. Johnson. It is suggested that you provide copies of any documents which support the amount you are claiming and that your statement and supporting documents be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested. Upon receipt by the corporation of such documentation, the corporation will make a determination with respect to such claims in the manner prescribed by Indiana Code 23-1-45-6.
Any claims otherwise made against the corporation will be barred, unless a proceeding to enforce such claim is commenced within two (2) years after the date of publication of this notice.
