Wednesday, 4:06 p.m., McDonald’s restaurant, 984 N. Main St. Barefoot man came running into the store claiming that he was being followed. Officers responded. The man was reportedly not being chased.
Wednesday, 5:15 p.m., Oak Street at Lancaster Street. Someone abandoned a mountain bike.
Wednesday, 11:49 p.m., Praxis substance abuse treatment facility, 1529 W. Lancaster St. Report of a male patient extremely upset and making threats of self-harm and threats of harming another patient. The man was transported to Parkview in Fort Wayne.
Thursday, 12:52 a.m., residence in the 400 block of East Silver Street. Caller reported hearing a window shatter inside the residence and was afraid someone was breaking into the house. Officers and sheriff’s deputy responded and discovered what had happened was a mirror in the utility room inside the residence had fallen and shattered.
Thursday, 9:52 a.m., Main Street at Wiley Avenue. Large piece of metal — possibly a muffler — in the roadway.
Thursday, 1:06 p.m., Bargain Hut, 120 W. Spring St. Panic alarm. Officers responded. Alarm accidentally tripped.

Wednesday, 5:34 p.m., residence on Maple Street in Craigville. Caller reported her neighbor’s dog came onto her property and killed a female cat and kittens. Deputy spoke with the dog owner and a copy of the bite report was sent to the Wells County Animal Shelter.
Thursday, Ind. 1 at 750S. Several horses running in the roadway creating a traffic hazard. Sheriff’s deputy responded and owner contacted. The horses were rounded up and put back in their pen
