Randall is wanted out of Hamilton County Superior Court for violating probation from a July 14, 2020, conviction for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; out of Huntington County Superior Court for failing to pay fines and fees from an April 26, 2021, conviction for driving while suspended with a prior conviction for the same offense, a Class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, a Class A infraction; out of Wabash Superior Court for failing to appear in court on charges of possession of a narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe — all Level 6 felonies — and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor; and out of Adams Superior Court on charges of driving while suspended with a prior conviction, a Class A misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance with a prior conviction for the same offense, a Class C misdemeanor.

Tuesday, 9:16 p.m., Dairy Queen, 960 N. Main St. Driver of a vehicle cut the turn too short in the drive-through and became stuck. Officer talked the driver through getting unstuck. No damage or intoxication noted.
Wednesday, 8:45 a.m., Mendenhall’s RV Park, 3393E-Ind. 124. Officer requested to remove a squatter from a vacant trailer.

Tuesday, 10:06 p.m., 100N at 100E. Report of a woman sitting on the side of the road. Sheriff’s deputy checked her out and returned her to the Praxis substance abuse treatment facility at 1529 W. Lancaster St.
Tuesday, 11:29 p.m., sheriff’s deputy assisted a lost truck driver with finding Peyton’s Northern.
Wednesday, 2:16 a.m., residence on 250S west of 300W. Report of an altercation between a man and a woman. Deputies responded. Andy William Ashley, 41, of that address, was arrested on charges of domestic battery committed in the presence of a child, strangulation, and intimidation, all Level 6 felonies; and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond set.
