Clarence Richard Highley, 89 of Warren, died Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
He was born on Oct. 17, 1932, to Ralph and Opal (Shelton) Highley. He married Alta Droke Nov. 12, 1955, in Warren.
Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Opal Highley.
Survivors include his wife, Alta Highley of Warren; sons, Terry Highley and Larry (Janis) Highley; daughter, Nancy (Greg) Keller, all of Warren; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Agatha Miller of Warren.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Warren.
The Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home in Warren is in charge of arrangements.
