Wednesday, 4:04 p.m., Renovate Counseling. Officer assisted driver with a vehicle jump.
Wednesday, 4:17 p.m., 80 block of Sunset Drive. Caller reported a man went into her daughter’s vehicle without permission.
Wednesday, 4:27 p.m., Capri Meadows. Caller reported that they found a silver BB gun.
Wednesday, 5:01 p.m., 200 block of North Johnson Street. Caller reported an issue with improper parking.
Wednesday, 7:38 p.m., West Wabash and North Williams streets. Caller reported someone was following them home, officer did not locate anyone in the area but followed subject home to ensure safety.
Thursday. 11:46 a.m., 1100 block of West Central Avenue. Report of noise complaint, subject had already turned it down prior to officer arrival.
County:
Wednesday, 12:54 p.m., Wells County Courthouse. Report of woman being belligerent following court hearing. The woman reportedly kicked the walls of the elevator and screamed in Mandarin. She was then taken to Wells County Jail on bail revocation.
Wednesday, 2:32 p.m., Ind. 116 and East 300 North, Bluffton. Report of two children locked inside of a broken down vehicle.
Wednesday, 3:17 p.m., North 100 East and East 800 North, Uniondale. Subject cited for speeding 63 in a 45 mph zone.
Thursday, 6:48 a.m., River Terrace Estates. Officer requested to put down deer that had been hit.
Ossian:
Thursday, 12:21 a.m., Ind. 1 and 700 East, Ossian. Report of an accident, semi truck driver advised another vehicle came into his lane and struck his trailer before driving away. Driver attempting to obtain dash cam footage.
Thursday, 5:31 a.m., Ossian Police Department. Woman from California reported custody issues, very unhappy with officer response and threatened to sue and sit outside and freeze to death. Officer advised the gas station across the street has a seating area.
ARRESTS
Damion Xavier Dickerson, 19, South Bend, resisting law enforcement, a Level 6 felony, criminal recklessness, a Class B misdemeanor, and reckless driving, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $6,500.
Brianna M. Middleton, 43, Ossian, theft, a Class A misdemeanor.
Rosanna Alane Wright, 37, Bluffton, theft, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.
Bryon Edward Gordon, 42, Bluffton, emergency telephone system – placement of 911 calls prohibited, a Class A misdemeanor, public intoxication and disorderly conduct, both Class C misdemeanors. Bond set at $3,500.
Kristina Smith, 42, Oceanside, CA., unlawful use of customer 911 database information, a Class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond set at $2,500.
