Randall K. “Randy” Studebaker, 68, of Bluffton, died Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 19, 2023, at Lutheran Hospital in Ft. Wayne following a short illness.

Arrangements are pending with Goodwin – Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton.
