Spencer F. Kumlien, 72 of Bluffton, passed away on Monday afternoon, November 7, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.  Funeral arrangements are pending at this time with the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.
