Sydney Lillian Wells, 31, Ossian, was sentenced to 60 days at Community Corrections after she pled guilty to one count of theft, a Level 6 felony. Wells is also required to pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $189.

Joseph James Roth-Bradley, 27, Plainfield, pled guilty to invasion of privacy, a Level 6 felony. Roth-Bradley is scheduled for a sentencing hearing at 9 a.m. on June 10 in the Wells Superior Court.

Andrew Morrison, 37, Huntington, was sentenced to 180 days at the Wells County Jail with 174 days suspended. Morrison pled guilty to one count of disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. He received 6 days of jail credit towards his sentence and is required to serve 359 days on probation. Morrison is also ordered to pay court costs and filing fees in the amount of $189.
