County Commissioners will hold special session

• Consideration of an insurance policy renewal with WalkerHughes representatives Dan Lipp and Danica Dunwiddie.
• Right-of-way and utility agreements.
Bluffton Board of Works to meet Tuesday afternoon
The Bluffton Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall, 128 E. Market St.

• Updates on the sidewalk program.
• Personnel and financial matters.
• Interurban Trail services.
Area Plan Commission will meet Thursday evening
The Wells County Area Plan Commission will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 2, in Room 105, the multi-purpose room on the lower level of the Wells Carnegie Government Annex, 223 W. Washington St.
Items on the agenda include:
• Consideration of amending the TIF resolution for the Adams Street West Economic Development area to allow the purchase of certain property.
• Junk issues at 5926 Main St. in Uniondale, 7666S 200E in Bluffton, 10017S 200W in Keystone and 6010 S S.R. 1 in Bluffton.
• Updates regarding progress on the Wells County Vision 2035 plan and revitalization/trail updates.
