Wednesday, 2:04 p.m., Taco Bell. Driver cited for expired plates.

Wednesday, 2:40 p.m., Wells County Public Library. Caller reported juvenile was getting jumped by multiple other juveniles. Group asked to avoid each other and the library today.

Wednesday, 3:28 p.m., South Main and East Washington streets. Report of accident.

Wednesday, 5:10 p.m., Walmart. Caller reported four semi trucks parked in lot, they would prefer zero semi trucks.

Wednesday, 6:58 p.m., 204 Lamar Street. Report of someone looking in windows in middle of night, seen on camera. Woman seen on video but unable to be identified. Extra patrol ordered.

Thursday, 9:26 a.m., Billy Ann’s Supper Pub. Report of truck pulling up and hitting building before taking off, corner of roof damages. Officer spoke to delivery driver at Lowes, investigation ongoing.

Thursday, 11:34 a.m., 700 block of Wiley Avenue. Report of food stamps fraud.

Thursday, 12:17 p.m., Taco Bell. Driver cited for distracted driving.

Wednesday, 5:17 p.m., 6300 South 200 East, Bluffton. Report of theft of personal items.

Wednesday, 6:35 p.m., Bluffton High School. K9 Leo requested to assist with lost key fob from students playing around. No luck.

Wednesday, 7:08 p.m., 800 East 100 South, Bluffton. Caller reported her son’s girlfriend drove her vehicle through the yard, tearing it up.

Wednesday, 7:51 p.m., 25 Lakeside Drive, Bluffton. Caller reported neighbor shooting at their dog and house with BB gun, possibly as a form of revenge for the dog chasing deer off of the neighbors property.

Thursday, 6:25 a.m., 1500 Lancaster Street, Bluffton. Warrant served to Lee Breedlove.

Ossian:

Thursday, 11:09 a.m., 5900 East 900 North, Ossian. Caller reported they may have left a burner on in house. Officer ensured no burner or appliances were on and the caller’s home was safe.

FIRES

County:

Wednesday, 2:30 p.m., 7400 North Meridian Road, Uniondale. Report of a grass fire between pond and roadway, no buildings nearby. Fire knocked out approximately 25 minutes later.

ARRESTS

Lee Mack Breedlove, 33, Bluffton; Invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.

ACCIDENTS

County:

Thursday, 7:22 a.m., S.R. 1 and 700 North. Deontae Eskridge, 17, Fort Wayne, was driving behind Anastasia L. Carrillo, 30, Ossian, and failed to brake in time. Eskridge’s Hummer H3 collided with Carrillo’s Chrysler Pacifica. Damages did not exceed $2,500.
