All four Bluffton-Harrison basketball teams won Monday’s matchups against Heritage.
The eighth grade boys’ team won 42-34, improving to 5-3 overall and 4-1 in the ACAC. Scorers for the team were Bennett Stoller and Gibby Grieser with eight each, Cooper Jenkins (7), Reid Abbett (6), Dawson Lee (4), Rage Gerber, Gavin Grieser, Andy Baumgartner and Parker Barnes (2) and Braelon Terry (1).
The eighth grade girls’ team won 50-4, improving its record to 6-2 overall and 4-1 in the ACAC. Kamryn Ault led the way with 13 points, followed by Krista Blair (10), Grace Fry (8), Ava Trexler (6), Khloe Dick (5), Bridget Steffen (4) and Cora Kunkel and Macy Lemler (2).
The seventh grade boys’ team won 43-9, improving its record to 8-0 and 5-0 in the ACAC. Leading the Tigers was Wyatt Holmes with 10 points, followed by Vince Lambert (9), Chase Kistler and Pierce Renner (8), Cooper Bustos and Maddox White (4).
The seventh grade girls’ team won 33-7, improving to 7-1 on the season and 4-1 in the ACAC. Leading scorers were Josie Nash with eight points, followed by Anna Hartman and Gracie Jellison (6), Khloe Gehrett and Madeliene Morgan (4), Averie Patton (3) and Luci Jenkins (2).
