Monday, 4:35 p.m., Valley Park Apartments. Protection order served to Andrew Caldwell.
Monday, 8:19 p.m., North Marzane Road and West 100 North, Markle. Caller reported man was pulled over on side of road and waved at caller.
Monday, 10:35 p.m., 180 West 200 South, Bluffton. Caller reported attempted breaking and entering in barn. Caller later advised it was her son and there were no issues.

Monday, 6:41 p.m., 600 East and 800 North, Ossian. Car versus deer.
Tuesday, 7:06 a.m., Ind. 1 and East 200 North, Ossian. Report of a vehicle with flashers on. Officer took driver to get fluids for vehicle.
ACCIDENTS
City:
Thursday, 3:08 p.m., Main Street and Dustman Road. Alyssa Lenwell attempted to change lanes when her Dodge Durango collided with a Cadillac CTS driven by Rodney Towles, who was driving straight. Damages did not exceed $5,000.
Thursday, 9:30 p.m., Ind. 1 and Wabash Street. Isiah Miller was driving northbound in the left lane on Main Street when he attempted to turn into the Hardees parking lot. Miller’s Ram 1500 collided with Austin Shepherd’s Dodge Challenger, which was in the right lane. The 2022 Challenger sustained heavy front end damage and was rowed by Freeman’s. Miller was cited for driving while suspended. Damages did not exceed $10,000.
ARRESTS
Cassie L Abercrombie, 34, Bluffton, dealing methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony, and dealing cocaine, a Level 5 felony. No bond set.
