Brian Charles Ingram, 22, Fort Wayne, appeared in the Wells Superior Court on Monday for a revocation of probation hearing. Ingram was ordered to serve 488 days of his suspended sentence at the Indiana Department of Corrections, with 6 days of jail credit.

In April 2022, Ingram was sentenced to 730 days at the Indiana Department of Correction with 686 days suspended for operating a vehicle with a schedule I or II substance, a Level 6 felony. An additional count for the same charge and one count for possession of a controlled substance, a Level 6 felony, and a misdemeanor for possession of marijuana were dismissed as part of the plea agreement. He was also sentenced to 580 days of probation.

After a petition to revoke Ingram’s probation was filed in January, his sentence was amended to 686 days at the Indiana Department of Correction with 646 days suspended and 40 days of jail credit. At this hearing, Ingram was also ordered to continue his probation and serve 180 days on home detention.

A second petition to revoke Ingram’s probation was filed in July, which resulted in a sentence of 8 days in the Wells County Jail with all time suspended, as well as a return to probation and home detention.
