Friday, 3:07 p.m., Redi Med. Caller reported a subject that refused to leave the property.
Friday, 3:58 p.m., Walmart. Report of woman who attempted to take $1400 worth of property before ditching the items and leaving the store.
Friday, 6:53 p.m., Masonic Lodge. Caller reported juveniles trying to climb up side of building to the roof. Officer advised spidermen to stay off of the roof.
Friday, 7:10 p.m., Walmart. Report of theft in the amount of $172 worth of products. Lori Bailey was arrested.
Saturday, 2:42 a.m., West Poplar and South Johnson streets. Report of man on lawn mower. Mower was towed and the man walked home.
Saturday, 12:19 p.m., Capri Meadows. Caller reported harassment from a tenant and referred to management.
Saturday, 5:17 p.m., 300 block of West Wabash Street. Subject warned for disorderly conduct after yelling and slamming door of caller.
Saturday, 10:31 p.m., Capri Meadows. Request for restraining order, advised on how to get protection order.
Saturday, 11:54 p.m., 300 block of West Cherry Street. Report of man threatening caller with knife. Kaleb Asher was arrested for intimidation, domestic battery, and strangulation.
Sunday, 6:01 a.m., 800 block of Creek Drive. Caller reported they have a trespass warning against someone that was in their home at the time of the call. The caller then disconnected.
Sunday, 8:24 a.m., 800 block of Creek Drive. Trespass warning issued.
Sunday, 12:10 p.m., 500 block of West Market Street. Report of smell of marijuana.
Sunday, 5:09 p.m., 500 block of East Dustman Road. Caller requested trespass warning for daughters boyfriend after he trashed the house.
Sunday, 6:27 p.m., 1000 block of West Central Avenue. Caller reported locating previously stolen bike.
Sunday, 7:06 p.m., Valley Park Apartments. Caller requested welfare check for child. Everything was fine.
Sunday, 9:07 p.m., 1200 block of Lancaster Street. Caller reported loud music. Park was silent.
Monday, 6:38 a.m., 800 block of Parkview Drive. Caller reported someone she knows stole her car.
Monday, 7:17 a.m., South Scott and East Poplar streets. Caller reported 6 year old girl alone on the street. Located residence and family, child tried to catch up to father that left for work. Father found her right away.
Monday, 10:46 a.m., 600 block of North Main Street. Report of property damage.

Sunday, 5:32 p.m., 400 block of Bittersweet Lane, Ossian. Caller complained of dog barking and being outside in rain or sun. Officers did not hear barking.
Saturday, 2:03 p.m., East 1200 North and Ind. 1, Ossian. Report of 20 motorcycles speeding into traffic. Unable to locate.
Saturday, 11:12 p.m., Ind. 1 and East 1100 North, Ossian. Report of vehicle in ditch. Driver advised they were waiting for ride.

Friday, 1:37 p.m., 200 block of Gardner Court, Markle. Officer assisted man stuck in powered wheelchair back to his apartment.
Saturday, 11:14 a.m., 400 block of McArthur Drive, Bluffton. Man served with protection order.
Saturday, 2:15 p.m., 7700 South 500 East, Keystone. Caller reported mini horses and ponies spotted; dispatch spoke to caller who stated owners left with horses.
Saturday, 6:38 p.m., 5900 block of South Market Street, Poneto. Report of 2 dogs inside of a vehicle that was turned off. Unable to locate.
Sunday, 5:17 p.m., Wells County Jail. Officers served a protection order to Saul Vasquez Mora.
Sunday, 9:01 p.m., 6000 East Ind. 224, Craigville. A wallet belonging to Ossian resident was found.
Sunday, 9:56 p.m., South 900 West and West 1100 South, Montpelier. Caller requested accident report after hitting deer with vehicle.
Sunday, 10:06 p.m., 1400 West 200 South, Bluffton. Air traffic control advised of a green laser pointed at the aircraft.
Monday, 2:44 a.m., 300 East 800 North, Uniondale. Caller requested perimeter check. Everything was fine.
ACCIDENTS
County:
Monday, 9:11 a.m., Wells/Huntington County line. Amy Storer was driving Northbound Ind. 600 West in Wells County. Ronald Bell was driving Eastbound on County Road 1000 South in Huntington County. Storer failed to yield the right away and entered the intersection. Storer’s vehicle collided with Bell’s vehicle, causing her vehicle to overturn and come to rest on the passenger side. Bell was transported to Bluffton Regional Medical Center for injuries to his hand and knee. Damages not exceeding $50,000.
ARRESTS
JJessie James Messina, 25, Michigan, charged with controlled substance – possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, a Class B Misdemeanor.
Bobby Brookshure Brown, 56, Craigville, was charged with theft, a Class A Misdemeanor. Bond set at $3,000.
Sheri Lynn Brown, 51, Monroeville, was charged with theft – a Class A Misdemeanor. Bond set at $6,000.
Lori Ellen Bailey, 58, Bluffton, was charged with theft – a Class A Misdemeanor. No bond set.
Levi Dean Bauer, 41, Bluffton, was charged with residential entry – trespassing with no intent of theft, a Level 6 Felony. Bond set at $5,000.
Kaleb Paul Ace Asher, 26, Bluffton, was charged with intimidation, a Level 5 Felony and domestic battery and strangulation, both Level 6 Felonies. No bond set.
Angela Schaden, 43, Bluffton, was charged with family offense – invasion of privacy, a Class A Misdemeanor, after an anonymous caller reported she had moved back into the home with her husband. There is an active protection order between the couple. Bond set at $25,000.
Santos Lopez-Ramos, 30, Bluffton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license, operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated – endangerment, all Class A Misdemeanors. Bond set at $2,000.
