Thursday, 3:34 p.m., Just Threads and More. Report of a potential break in to business night before and a few days prior. Door know was damaged more than it was previously.
Thursday, 5:43 p.m., Premier Flats. Officer requested for custody exchange. Officer stood by during the exchange, but there were no issues.
Thursday, 8:58 p.m., corner of South Bond and West South streets. Officer gave directions to motorist to metalco and followed to ensure his arrival. Hit posts in a yard, information exchanged.
Thursday, 10:14 p.m., 500 block of West Market Street. Report of screaming from girl. Subjects were found drawing with chalk and admitted to being loud. Were advised to keep it down.
Friday, 11:03 a.m., Welches All Vehicle Repair. Report of a child on skateboard running into vehicle in alley.
Friday, 1:02 p.m., corner of East Washington and South Bennet streets. Report of a vehicle that has been there for over a week. Car was found registered to resident in immediate area.

Friday, 6:11 a.m., east 300N and southeast Ind. 116. Citation issued for 88 in a 55 mph zone.
Friday, 6:42 a.m., 2750N Ind. 1, Bluffton. Citation issued for 84 in a 55 mph zone.

Thursday, 1:49 p.m., 11648N Ind. 1. Report from Allen County of a reckless driver exceeding 100 mph. Unable to locate.
Friday, 1:32 a.m. Domestic violence between a man and a woman. The man had left the scene in a vehicle when deputies arrived. The woman sustained multiple injuries and advised the man was intoxicated. Driver was unable to be located.
ACCIDENTS
County:
Thursday, 9:52 p.m., Elm Grove Road at the intersection of CR 450E, Bluffton. A juvenile driving a 2007 Dodge Charger was traveling westbound on Elm Grove Road and hit a deer. Damage exceeded $2,500.
ARRESTS
Ryan Robert Maxwell, 45, Bluffton; driving a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or higher, a Class A misdemeanor. No bond set.
