Ossian:
Friday, 12:25 p.m., Mi Casa restaurant, 1140 Dehner Drive. Burglar alarm. Officers responded. No sign of foul play found.
Friday, 1:21 p.m., LaFever Street at Church Street. Report of someone driving a snowmobile at a high rate of speed up LaFever. Ossian officer located the snowmobile, pulled it over and issued a warning to its driver for riding a snowmobile on a public street.
Friday, 2:34 p.m., residence in the 100 block of West LaFever Street. Female called to report that there was a “wild animal” in her house. She described the animal as very small with whiskers. Officer checked the residence but did not see the animal. The woman was advised to contact an exterminator.
Friday, 6:27 p.m., residence in the 200 block of South Jefferson Street. Woman reported theft of prescription pain medication from her bag while she was at work.
Saturday, 1:19 a.m., Ossian Deli, 404 N. Jefferson St. Ossian police officer transported three huveniles who had walked to the Deli back to their homes.
