Connie L. Guntle, 60, of Portland, died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022, at IU Health-Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.
She was born April 10, 1961, in Portland, Ind. She married Robert B. “Bob” Guntle July 15, 2000, in Portland; her husband survives.
Also surviving are her parents, Myron D. Love and Sherry E. Taylor Love of Montpelier; two sons, Brett (Shana) Stevens of Portland and Zach Guntle of Anderson; two daughters, Brandi Wheeler of Indianapolis and Brittani (Tony) Heindel of Celina, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and two sisters, Leslie (Dwight) Brewer of Montpelier and Jodi (Paul) Catterson, both of Montpelier.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Trees.
Calling will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 9, and from 1 to 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 10, at the Walker & Glancy Funeral Home, 109 W. Windsor St. in Montpelier. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Brookside Memorial Park in Montpelier.
