Thursday, 4:32 p.m., 1700 South Main Street. Report of silver truck in lot, subject possibly living there. Man was waiting on someone to get him gas, not causing any issues.
Thursday, 7:17 p.m., Bluffton Police Department. Subject turned in card he found at the bank.
Thursday, 9:02 p.m., 200 block of West South Street. Officer assisted with property retrieval.
Thursday, 9:44 p.m., Walmart. Management requested two individuals be trespassed.
Friday, 12:29 a.m., 200 block of West Washington Street. Caller reported dogs barking for long periods.
Friday, 1:42 a.m., North Main and East Market streets. Driver cited for driving while suspended.
Friday, 9:09 a.m., Bluffton Police Department. Subject requested to speak to officer regarding other homeless subject.

Thursday, 3:19 p.m., Country Corner Deli, Liberty Center. Report from bus driver of vehicles passing bus. Officer warned three driver’s for swerving in their lane behind the bus.
Thursday, 3:23 p.m., S.R. 301 and East Wenger Court, Bluffton. Driver cited for disregarding stop sign.
Ossian:
Thursday, 4:15 p.m., 400 East 900 North, Ossian. Report of a road rage incident involving broken window.
Thursday, 11:40 p.m., Ossian Deli. Driver cited for failure to file insurance and failure to appear for driver safety program, and charged for operating while intoxicated.
Friday, 6:02 a.m., S.R. 1 and East 800 North, Ossian. Officer noticed three open Fireball shots on passenger seat during traffic stop for speeding. Driver admitted to drinking them before work, but blew a .0% PBT. Driver warned.
ARRESTS
Tatiana Janae Royal, 29, Bluffton; Possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony. No bond set.
Mitchell Lee Buzzard, 39, Huntington; Invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond set at $1,500.
Ervin Fernando, 26, Fort Wayne; Operating without ever obtaining license, a Class C misdemeanor.
ARRESTS
Chad Michael Strubing, 44, Ossian, operating while intoxicated — prior conviction, a Level 6 felony, and operating while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond set at $5,000.
